Monmouth County Friends of the ACLU

Monmouth County Friends of the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey was formed in February 2003 by a group of Monmouth County citizens who have become increasingly concerned that, in the wake of 9/11, their civil liberties were being slowly eroded. The chapter's mission is "to support, protect and defend the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States by promoting an understanding of the meaning of civil liberties."

Meetings

Steering committee meetings are monthly as needed at Shrewsbury Monthly Meeting House, Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). Please contact us for our next meeting date and time.
