Mass Transit Random Search Report Form

The American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey is collecting information on police searches of persons using New Jersey Transit's rail, bus, subway and light rail systems, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's PATH trains and AirTrain. We intend to use this information to analyze and possibly challenge the constitutionality of the methods and practices used by the police in conducting these searches.
