On April 8, 2011 the ACLU-NJ filed an amicus brief in support of the homeowner in this appeal and in support of the Appellate Division opinion which argued that the homeowners association’s regulation prohibiting all political signs on Mr. Kahn’s property was unlawful and unenforceable.

Current Status: This case is currently on appeal to the appellate division.
