Alicia is the Program Coordinator/Paralegal for the ACLU-NJ. In this role, she provides support to the legal and policy departments. Her job duties include: preparing and executing filings of legal documents; communicating and coordinating with coalition partners, court personnel, legislative staff, and clients; maintaining legal files and databases; drafting departmental reports; and supporting the internship program.

Before coming to the ACLU-NJ, Alicia worked in other administrative roles, as well as in customer service and as a teaching assistant in Spain. She received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and Spanish from the University of Richmond. Alicia joined the ACLU-NJ in August 2015.
