Keerthi Potluri is the Communications Strategist for the ACLU of New Jersey. Her work includes story-gathering, liaising with the media, and writing and editing reports, newsletters, social media content, and other documents.
Prior to joining the ACLU-NJ, Keerthi was the Mellon/ACLS Public Fellow at the Central Park Conservancy and a Visiting Scholar in Social and Cultural Analysis at New York University. She also taught courses in political and social thought at the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned her Ph.D. in Rhetoric. She has written about public space, collective memory, and public-private partnerships.
