Call lawmakers now – legalize marijuana in New Jersey

Countless New Jerseyans are counting on our Legislature to pass our state’s marijuana legalization bill.

New Jersey’s legalization bill leads the nation for racial and social justice. If passed, it would be the first legalization plan to focus on issues of equity. Call your lawmakers now to let them know that legalization is urgent.  Please leave a voicemail if you don’t reach someone in the office.

What do I say when I call?

When you are connected, tell them your name, that you are their constituent, and the following information:

I want my lawmaker to support the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory and Expungement Aid Modernization Act to legalize marijuana for adult use. By passing this bill, we can begin to address the tragic consequences of prohibition, advance racial justice, create job opportunities, and generate hundreds of millions in revenue for reinvestment in our communities.

How can I call my lawmaker?
