‘Death with Dignity’ Act

Subject to voter approval, establishes a safe process for certain capable adult patients suffering from a terminal disease to voluntarily choose to self-administer medication to end his or her life humanely. Suffering patients with capacity have a right to make even the most significant medical decisions with their doctors and families.
