Abolish the Drug War NJ

The Abolish the Drug War NJ coalition is a group of advocates devoted to ending the drug war, which largely targets Black and brown communities. The coalition, which has a membership of more than a dozen social justice, public health, and community organizations, including the ACLU-NJ, denounces the criminal legal approach to what is a public health issue, and advances decriminalization of drug offenses, expansion of harm reduction practices, and community-driven approaches to public safety.
