Using state and federal protections, including the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination - one of the strongest anti-discrimination laws in the country, the ACLU-NJ has addressed discrimination based on race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, national origin, and other protected characteristics.
