Amicus brief challenging New Jersey's anti-fusion voting laws.
On July 10, 2023, the ACLU of New Jersey submitted an amicus brief in support of a challenge to New Jersey’s anti-fusion laws. Filed in the Appellate Division with co-authors Ronald Chen and Robert Williams, the brief argues that New Jersey’s fusion ban violates the right to vote and to freely speak and associate under the New Jersey Constitution.
