Rhea Beck serves as the Director of People and Culture at the ACLU of New Jersey.
Rhea brings a wealth of nonprofit management experience to this role, having led multiple community-based organizations that worked in partnership with and on behalf of marginalized and vulnerable communities. Rhea brings to her work a lifelong commitment to and passion for social justice, equity, and the creation of a beloved community, absent of poverty, hunger, and hate. Outside of work, Rhea is an advocate for the desegregation of New Jersey’s public schools. She enjoys spending time with her partner, teenager, and her loyal Labrador, Miss MoneyPenny.
