While abortion is a fundamental legal right in New Jersey, many people cannot access the reproductive care they need because financial barriers continue to push care out of reach for too many in our state. To begin dismantling these barriers, New Jersey lawmakers must pass A4601/S3452.

The Immigrant Trust Act will allow New Jerseyans to seek protection and support from state and local agencies without fear of deportation, and limit New Jersey’s involvement in the federal detention and deportation system, building a fairer and more welcoming state for all.

A strong version of the NJ Voting Rights Act would protect voters of color and strengthen our democracy by reducing barriers to voting; increasing language access and assistance; prohibiting deceptive practices at the polls; and ensuring that communities of color will have their ballots counted.
